My family and I were there last weeks. The location is central with an easy walk to restaurants, shops, etc. You do not need to rent a car unless you plan on exploring other parts of the Island. My son loved all of the scheduled daily activities such as bingo, shuffleboard contest, fish feeding. We missed the scavenger hunt and water balloons but hope to do that next year. The staff passed out frozen treats daily to guests as well.

I’d love to see more children’s crafts, activities even if there were a small charge in the future. Reserving umbrellas/ palapas we very easy using the app. At 4pm, you need to open your app or go to the towel hut to book for the next day. Don’t forget to refresh your phone at 4pm for the app to work correctly. So lovely to wake up not feeling like you have to rush out to reserve a spot. The staff was terrific, especially Raul and his cozumel tours by cab recommendations.

He went above and beyond to make my 8-year-old have a fun week and was always exceptionally friendly and took time to speak to us daily. We will miss him! Mary in the Soco Cafe was also exceptional and was terrific with our son. If you book reservations at ocean-front restaurants, set them around 7pm because sunset is about 7:10, and it is fantastic! The room was clean, and the grounds were manicured.

There are beautiful rafts free to rent for the day, so there is no need to pack any floats. If you have cocktails at the outdoor lobby bar, ask for “The Good One”! Seriously, it’s the name of the cocktail, and it is AMAZING! We loved our stay at the Hyatt and planned to come back!

Beautiful Hotel, lovely staff, gorgeous grounds, fantastic food. One of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. From the motion light under the bed to the cute turtles in the ponds, and of course the excellent gym, massive pools with swim up bar & a waterslide- what a fantastic vacation, for real. It was hard to leave, and I certainly will return.

This resort is amazing. The food, the rooms, the staff were all exceptional. Definitely worth the Regency Club for $100 per day for two people. What a fantastic place to just relax and unwind. Worth the trip.

Food is delicious in and around the resort. Live music is a plus. The casino is very smoky, so be careful if sensitive to smoke. Pools are nice and clean. The new adult only pool is under construction. One thing the Island needs to deal with is the number of Stray Dogs. Sad to see and can be an issue while walking at night or on the Beach. The Island needs a good spay/neuter program, or this problem will only get worse.
